The Portimao race closes a really difficult world championship due to the pandemic and all the problems related to it.
Nolan Group riders have experienced ups and downs and struggled like everyone else but they always held out.
For Alex Rins, the season ends with a third place in the overall standings, while for Danilo Petrucci, just out of the final top ten, a year full of stimuli is coming on his new KTM.
Aron Canet's season is also of a high level one, taking home the title of rookie of the year. In Moto2 it is an important one and always leads to good things.
And now it's time to take a break from racing, to dedicate ourselves to what is even more important. The new collections, the material tests and ... you customers.
And you? Will you dedicate yourself a little to us?

"Today’s race was a bit difficult and I felt that I made the wrong tyre choice. I struggled from the start of the race with the hard rear tyre, and at the start I was able to close in on the riders in front of me but then lap-by-lap I was losing grip and I began to drop back. But in the end I’m happy with my work this year, and despite the injury and some crashes I still managed to get third in the championship. I’m really motivated to start next season already!"

"I would have liked to have ended my adventure in Ducati with a better result, but unfortunately today was a tough race. I want to thank all the people who work in Ducati, first of all to my team, because during these six seasons on the Desmosedici GP bike I have been able to achieve several successes and two victories in MotoGP! I'm happy to have been part of Ducati in these six years of my career."

“I am happy to finish the season as the rookie of the year, which was one of our goals for this year, although I am a bit discouraged after a little problem in the race. I had moved on the grid and they put me a penalty of two “long laps”. Next year we are going to set ourselves a higher goal.”
